While the sales manager (guy with the beard, I can't remember his name) gave us the deal we needed, which is greatly appreciated, he could use an attitude adjustment. We couldn't do the first offer he presented, therefore he went back to his office with an attitude, came back and slammed my trade in keys on the table. He presented a new offer stating, "this is the offer little lady, it is what it is" and walked away again. Unfortunately, that is the memory burned in my head and was not the greatest experience. Everyone else was pleasant to work with. More
