Deceptive, Shady, Not true to their word Bought a used car from them. Online price quoted turned out to not include a $675 "dealer fee". They gave me their word they would fill the windshield damaged areas, and then pretended they never said that a week later when my wife tried to schedule. Not good, go elsewhere... I should have. When the figures came from the sales manager what started as a $12,888 v I was dealing with a Curtis Johnson and was looking at purchasing a used car. When the figures came from the sales manager what started as a $12,888 vehicle ended with $16,000 proposal. The tax amount looked different from what I figured. Mesa’s tax rate is 8.3% and the dealers rate was 8.7%. Their doc fee is a bit high at $499.00 and they wanted me to pay them $450.00 (dealer prep fee) for them to sell me a clean car. Curtis wouldn’t budge on any of the fees so I left. Check their figures carefully More
