The salesman who assisted us was new to the business and it turned out I was his second sale and his first new car sale. Arron Gorny was honest and asked questions for us when he couldn't answer them and got help from one of the dealerships seasoned pros, Matt Shelton. Together they were able to make a deal to our liking with my trade in about an hour. They took my car on trade sight unseen because my car was in service for a recall. The finance dept. was easy to work with and I went home that day with a new car. No rude phone calls after telling me the pricing was different like I've gotten in the past and no hassle with not being able to bring my trade in until a week later. More

Usually I feel that dealerships push to spend the most, but I felt that Austin truly wanted to help me stay in my budget. The employees here don't work on commission, so although there wasn't room to haggle with their "one price tag," it felt like a more honest customer experience. Jarvis helped me to find the best rate and lien holder and save me money where he could find it. I would definitely recommend this place and look here to shop in the future.
