From my first contact with Dustin, my sales person to my last conversation with Joean in finance, I couldn’t have been treated better. Dustin you were terrific and although I wasn’t your biggest sale of the day I’m sure, you certainly treated me like I bought the most expensive car on the lot! Everyone in the used car division I talked to were such good people (Chris, Jason and Darian). You all truly seem to care about people. Jason, Joean in finance were amazing as well. Even with the small “snafu” that happened, Joean calmed me down and took care of everything right away with my credit union. And even Dana in finance who was nice enough to return my call to answer one last question was wonderful. Thank you. I do not normally write reviews and so often we write to complain about something instead of praising good people so please praise your staff because they are wonderful. More

I made an appointment with Jake through email, but when I arrived he was tied up with a customer. Melissa greeted me kindly, and introduced me to Darian, who took me around to see cars I was interested in while waiting for Jake. Darian was so knowledgeable and answered all my (many) questions. Once Jake was available he really made me feel like a friend, not a customer. He was helpful, kind, and made the process easy to understand, especially for a first-time buyer. Jake's manager, Mike, and finance manager, Corrie, were phenomenal as well. They took time to talk with me and demonstrated an understanding of my feelings and needs during the interactions I had with them. My expectations were far exceeded by CardinaleWay. (A dealer, which by the way, has received many shiny banners over the last 9 years for their excellent service and sales) I visited several other dealers around the valley over the last week and a half, but Jake and his colleagues were far superior to any other team I interacted with.
