Best Car Buying Experience Hands Down This weekend, I went to CarinaleWay Mazda Mesa to look at a used car and they were fantastic!. I have been to several dealerships around the valley in This weekend, I went to CarinaleWay Mazda Mesa to look at a used car and they were fantastic!. I have been to several dealerships around the valley in the past weeks only to leave because of extra dealer fees or unrealistically priced cars. As soon as I walked on the used car lot, the sales person, Darlene Ledbetter, came and greeted me. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and most importantly not like the typical "pushy" sales person. I took my soon-to-be car on a test drive and knew I wanted to buy it. As Darlene and I walked into the dealership to finalize the deal, I was greeted by one of the managers, James Haas, who helped with the transaction. It was a quick and painless deal. CardinaleWay Mazda Mesa does not tack on those unnecessary fees and charges you typically see at other dealers. Also, I paid well within the bluebook value instead of way over like most car purchases after tax, title, license, doc fees, etc. I attribute that to the team at CardinaleWay as they don't seem to put huge markups on their used vehicles like some other dealers. I would definitely recommend you see Darlene and James if you are in the market for a car. More

We asked about the Volt's availability and was brought inside, where it was warmer, so he can look up the vehicle. Not only did he find the vehicle in the system but he grabbed the keys and pulled it up, literally, to the front door. He showed us around the vehicle and spoke about options and features. He then accompanied us on a test drive where he was friendly and spoke to us about family and his move to Arizona. To me, this is important. How many times have you walked into a dealer and felt that is was cold and impersonal? This was the opposite. He made the purchase feel like it was a private sale and walking into the office like walking into his home. After the test drive, it was time to discuss price. This is usually where we cringe because the price is usually not the same as what you see online. We have been to other dealers where the printout they brought to us was 5k more than the online price because "things" were added on. To our surprise, the printout at CardinaleWay was exactly the same as the online price. There was even a breakdown of taxes, license, and prep fee...that was it. No gimmick adding in tinted window this or paint protection that. No need to haggle or question any fees. We made the decision and Tay started all the paperwork. Even the finance guy was pleasant and easy going. It was hands down the best experience we have had purchasing a car. We would not hesitate to recommend CardinaleWay Mazda and Yonte Richardson to anyone who wants a friendly and hassle free car buying experience. Thanks Tay! More

Friendly & Helpful Austin and Donny were helpful and friendly through the whole process.
