They have a lot of safety and tech for the price and think most of there models look amazing. I was looking for a new vehicle and shopping customer service as well as price. I was honest with them and they were very transparent with me. I visited eight different dealerships and contacted over a dozen total. Out of those only 3 of the dealerships gave me the pricing in writing. CardinaleWay was one of them. Jake contacted me though email and never presented himself as a know it all or pushy in any way. He kept in contact with me on a daily bases trying to work the numbers and the dealing with my hundreds of questions. He asked to me visit his dealership to meet him as well as his sales manager Chris. Chris was great, he was friendly and listened to my needs. They gave me some numbers and even printed them up. Of course they wanted me to buy the car that day, but neither of them were pushy and they actually let me leave with pricing in hand. I just needed some time to think like most people do. I decided that night that I would return the next day and try to purchase a vehicle. The next day Jake picked me up from another dealership that I was returning a defective car, and drove me to the dealership. We agreed on a price and proceeded to close the deal. Mark, the finance manager, was amazing. During the process I told him I wanted to buy an option from him. To my surprise he told me I didn't need it based on my deal. WOW! Money saved because of an honest employee. Jake was defiantly the foundation for my purchase. His laid back, easy going, outstanding, friendly customer service approach is what got me in the door and out with a new car that I'm actually happy to look at and excited to drive. I felt used and dirty, I hated car shopping after that experience. However, Darlene and Ervin completely changed my mind. They were knowledgeable, polite, and more interested in making us happy than in making a sale. I left with a smile on my face and a renewed appreciation for customer service done right and of course a new car! Although the drive is an hour from my house, I knew I would ultimately be happy working with her directly. After I decided on the CX5 Touring, the process was absolutely painless; so quick and professional. She really took the time to explain all of the amazing features of the vehicle and even personally took the time to clean it to her high expectations (which I was grateful for). In spite of the summer heat in Phoenix, she took the time we needed to demonstrate all the features, tailoring her presentation to our questions, and then offered a test drive, again pointing out how this vehicle answered all our needs. We left very impressed with both the SUV and the dealership. After an afternoon of visiting other car manufacturer dealerships comparing SUVs, the Mazda and Darlene stood out because of the superiority of the SUV and Darlene’s knowledge, ability to listen, and thoroughness. She wasn’t pushy, yet asked for the sale. So nearly 9 months later, here we are with our new CX5, a great relationship with a dealership that truly demonstrates customer service ( our service rep is assigned to our vehicle for it’s life, we can come in for complimentary car washes on a specific day, the dealership engages in community outreach programs, and more). I stopped at CardinaleWay Mazda due to their high rating to see what could be done. Nick Santarsiero, Assistant Service Manager, welcomed me like a dear old friend. My service tech, Brandon, serviced the car in short order, repaired the windshield washer hoses and wiring and applied rodent repelling tape I had bought. The 1st experience was a smooth transition and my previous salesman really fought to give me a good deal knowing I was a father with a 5 month year old and a mortgage. 8 months later or so my fiance needed a vehicle being as we only had the Mazda 3 I purchased. Darlene was absolutely incredible as she never pressured us into anything and made sure that my fiance was happy with her purchase, and she was so knowledgeable as to the cx-5 specs and made sure we got the best deal on a brand new car.
