Steve Ross has a wonderful work ethic and answered all my questions. The best customer service through any Mazda dealer I have ever worked with, this it my 3rd Mazda. When I picked my car up there was an issue, I don't care to address at this time, however, Steve went over and beyond to make the repair. I was provided a loaner car for the weekend while the service manager decided how to correct the issue. My car was repaired at no cost to me and I was able to pick it up that Monday afternoon. Wow is all I have left to say. Steve is wonderful at what he does, excellent customer service. I will return when I need to trade my Mazda in for a new model. Way to go STEVE ROSS. I will be back for future service needs even though I live far from your dealership. :-) More
Best car buying experience by far The car buying experience is rivaled by only the home buying experience when it comes to the most expensive purchases that most of us make. And as a r The car buying experience is rivaled by only the home buying experience when it comes to the most expensive purchases that most of us make. And as a result it is a process rife with stress and when you couple the natural stress that accompanies such a purchase with people who are far too many times eager to simply make a sale by any means necessary then you have the recipe for what many of us have come to know as stress overload. Fortunately for me THIS TIME WAS DIFFERENT. Corrie Wright and the team at cardinale way Mazda mesa are the most genuine, helpful, and caring group of people I have ever worked with. They go above and beyond in order to ensure that your buying experience is seemless and there was never a time when I felt as if I were being swayed in a particular direction, misled, lied to, or any other negative feeling that all too often has become synonymous with dealing with car dealerships. I also never felt pressured to buy anything, and on the contrary I actually worried that I was putting undo pressure on Corrie (as I can be very particular on what I like). But through all of our communications (I began looking online and communicating with Corrie in November and didn't buy until April), Corrie remained the same genuine, good hearted person that contacted me initially back in November after I made an online inquiry and that is also very rare. As what usually happens is you're befriended by the nicest person at the dealership, only to then be handed off to some over zealous sales guy whose none to shy about letting his/her intentions known quickly (I was told on a number of occasions at other lots around the valley that "I'm determined to sale you a car today." And while the statement isn't overtly negative, the sentiment behind such a statement is usually that "I'll do whatever it takes to sale you a car, even if I have to lie" and that simply is not the cardinale way. Corrie stayed in constant communication with me when cars would be brought onto the lot that she thought I'd be interested in, and whenever I'd decline she'd simply reply with a heartfelt, "well then we'll keep on looking until we find one that you Love," and I for one appreciate the very non pressurized environment that Corrie has created and I really can't say enough about how wonderful of a person she is. I can say with confidence that I won't ever buy a car from anyone else as long as I live in the valley. I'd also like to say a big thankyou to joey (one of the managers) and also James and Darlene in finance as they also assisted in making the buying experience a pleasant one. Oh and the detailing gentleman (hector) did an awesome job as well. So yeah, if you're ever in the market I very highly recommend Corrie and everyone at cardinale way Mazda in mesa, and I assure you that you'll come away feeling that you've not only bought a car but you've also gained friendships and in a world full of animosity and division it's a breath of fresh air to know that there are still good people out there who want nothing more than to help you. It was a fun experience as well - she is so bubbly and kind! Seriously, they helped me get the car of my dreams but also just really touched me on a personal level. Unbelievable Experience The day started with me dragging a cart of groceries on and off the city bus and ended with me parking my new 2015 Hyundai Tuscon in front of my house The day started with me dragging a cart of groceries on and off the city bus and ended with me parking my new 2015 Hyundai Tuscon in front of my house! My sales person was Darlene, who is an angel in disguise. She picked me up and from start to finish went over and above to make me happy and get me a vehicle that I love at a payment that was comfortable for me. She pulled a couple of surprise maneuvers for me, and when I signed the papers the paymemt was even 10$ less a month then I was told. Everyone involved in my transaction went over and above to meet my needs and I could not be happier. I had an absolutely great experience and recommend this dealership and specifically Darlene for her kind, outstanding service. Thank you CardinaleWay Mazda! More

I spoke with Darlene over about a year ago and told her my situation in regards to my credit. Darlene would reach out to me on occasion to see how my situation was progressing. I just leased the car and my experience was laid back and stress free!!! I was never pressured and Darlene was professional and very helpful in making my decision. Most important was that Darlene was very friendly and made my experience enjoyable. I will definitely be in contact with Darlene in the future. More

Jason Lunday (the Sales Associate) met us after a few minutes of us looking at the car we had come to see. He gave us some details and asked a few clearifyng questions. After a short test drive, in which Jason answered all of our questions, but did not pressure us at all, we decided to ask about financing. Once again, Jason gave us the best experience possible. He made it no pressure and walked us through the process, answering all of our questions along the way. Once financing was approved and we were waiting to sign they paperwork, Jason talked to us as people, not just customers. He offered us all the service we could ask for and more. I can't say enough good things about the dealership or Jason. More
