Taking way to long to fix problem. I have been to this service department 3 times with an engine light on and have yet to have it fixed. The first time I went the service associate put I have been to this service department 3 times with an engine light on and have yet to have it fixed. The first time I went the service associate put a diagnostic on it and said it was ok to drive but I would have to come back to have it fixed. I had made an appointment but that didn’t get my car in to get it repaired. I had to make another trip and I live about 25 miles away from this dealership. I made another appointment to come in and left my car for 4 days and nothing was done again. I had told them ahead of time that I needed my car back because I was going out of town. They had not even looked at it. I made another appointment and went back a third time. It was there a week and they never got the part in to fix it. I got my car back. I at least got a loaner to use both times. Now I am waiting to be seen again. I made another appointment because they now have the part. I made the appointment 1 1/2 weeks ahead of bringing it in but they now don’t have a loaner for me. I just bought this car new 8 months ago and also bought the extended warranty. Little good it is doing me. If I had to do it again I would not buy from this dealership. Very frustrated! More

Worst buying experience ever! Worst buying experience i have ever had.I am a contractor and went in looking to purchase 2 company vehicles. Razvan Matei was the finance person i dealt with and have nothing good to say about him. He played the usual games they do and lied about interest rates. He said he would make it up on the bottom line but at financing all he did was move numbers around.I almost walked away at financing but went through with it but did not buy my second truck there. Carl Black could have earned my business for life but instead decided a little extra money on this sale was more important then my future business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Carl Black Chevrolet to anybody. I will stick with Jon Hall Chevrolet in Daytona foe my future business dealings. Eric Marshall More
