Five years ago I had great service. I bought a vehicle. I recommended family members. The past year, the service has severly declined. On my last visit, I made an appointment to get new I bought a vehicle. I recommended family members. The past year, the service has severly declined. On my last visit, I made an appointment to get new tires. When I arrived, I was told my tires were present. They were not. I was delayed 2 hours. Today, I made an appointment for service at 9am. I received an email confirmation. Upon arrival, I discovered that the service department was closed. I.left a message for the GM. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the receptionist actually acted like she cared. The GM never called me back. I cannot in good faith recommend this dealership again. More
