Worst dealership in central Florida Ever since buying my car from Carl black years ago I've had horrible expierences with their service department. I have a 5 year warrenty on Buick tha Ever since buying my car from Carl black years ago I've had horrible expierences with their service department. I have a 5 year warrenty on Buick that Carl black no longer upholds. Their technicians have lied about maintenance work done on vehicle, (bunch of 20 year old mechanics). Everytime I've dropped off car for scheduled oil change the service department ignores the car and on 4 separate occasions I've picked the car up 8 hours later with no oil change having been done. This place is a joke, if you value the money you make I would take your business elsewhere. More

Horrible customer service & service department We bought a brand new 2016 Chevy Tahoe over a year ago & they talked us into getting a platinum warranty, assuring us that everything was covered “bum We bought a brand new 2016 Chevy Tahoe over a year ago & they talked us into getting a platinum warranty, assuring us that everything was covered “bumper to bumper”. Recently I started having problems with my touch screen & it wouldn’t work. I took my vehicle in to have it checked & they supposedly “re-programmed” it & then tried to make us pay for it even though they informed us in the beginning that everything was coverded. After talking to the manager he waived the fee and we left. However that night it stopped working again. I made yet another appointment to go back in to have it fixed again & asked to speak to our service advisor, Khari Young to discuss warranty info. After almost a WEEK of trying to reach him I finally was able to get a hold of him to discuss the warranty. He informed me at that time he would send the info into the warranty company for review to see if it would be covered. I called to check back in before we drove an hour to take our car in. They made me wait over 20 min. on the phone only to find out that he lied & they can’t send in the info to the warranty company until we bring in the vehicle to have a work order placed. I cancelled my appointment due to this. I will never buy from this dealership nor recommend them to any of my friends & family. More

Buying Experience and Service After The Sale! Over the last 6 years I have now purchased 4 vehicles from Carl Black. The service after the purchase is terrible. 2 weeks ago I purchased a new GMC D Over the last 6 years I have now purchased 4 vehicles from Carl Black. The service after the purchase is terrible. 2 weeks ago I purchased a new GMC Denali, I have called and texted the sales person (Anzu) and Brian Levitt the sales manager due to some paint and roof damage issues with no return calls. I phoned the dealership again no return calls. I JUST WANT TO GET THE DAMAGE ON MY BRAND NEW TRUCK REPAIRED. SHOULD OF BEEN CAUGHT DURING THE DETAILING PROCESS!!!! The only reason we have returned to Carl Black is because of our experience with Alex Sanchez. The sales person I had this time Anzu, was very unprofessional, uninformed, and unprepared. After my purchase he phoned me 9 times and texted me 5 additional times for a document not requested during the original purchase in the same day. Not a good look for a sales teammate from your company. I cannot imagine NOT returning the calls from my customers. Because of this I have gone from a regular buyer at this dealership to finding another GMC dealer to service my new truck. It will be interesting to see if I receive any contact as a result of this review. More

This time my wife dropped our vehicle off at 8:30 A.m. only for me to have to call over and over. Finally called the service manager to get someone to call me back and my adviser (Tony) decided to call at 3P.m. to let me know that they can't even look at my car today or tomorrow and there are no loners. In that order. Truly shocked at the way that was handled and will never bring my business to them again. If they were over booked they shouldn't have taken the appointment. We were without a vehicle for 7hrs for no reason. Maybe time to clean house in the service department. More
