Once I got to the dealership I was even more impressed with their inventory. We initially were looking at a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, but once we saw the Sahara we were immediately in love. They were the only dealer in SAn Diego county that had the color we wanted. We secured our financing and told them what we were comfortable paying and we made a deal and were out of there with our new Jeep with-in to hours. I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a new or used to to give this establishment a try. I had the BEST OVERALL experience that will always bring me back as a loyal customer. I was referred by a friend and so happy she told me about this place. I called the dealer she dealt with, Jack, and from then on things were smooth sailing. I told Jack I was interested in buying a car ealry morning and he said I can come in anytime. My ride cancelled to pick me up and Jack said it was NO problem, they had an agency shuttle to pick me up. That was the first WOW. The second WOW was when I arrived, he already had a selection of cars set for me to see in my price range. I ended up spotting a car that I really wanted and he didnt hesistate to say it wasnt a problem to see what his manager can do. Less then 10 minutes later I was asked if I wanted to test drive my potential new car. I was so excited that i didnt even want to test drive it that long. Less then 10 minutes after the test drive Jack told me his manager, David F, was set to start the process to get the car I wanted. I could have cried. Less then 40 minutes from being shuttled to the dealership and test drive, I was signing of for my first car. Not only did Jack F, get me my car at an affordable price, he also helped me get fully insured on the spot so i could drive off without having to research insurance place. When I say Jack F is the best, I mean JACK F is the best. After paying for m car i was sent over to the finance department with Mike K, who processed me faster then it took me to get there and test drive. Overall, it took me less then an hour in a half to get approved, financed, insured, car cleaned, service checked and to drive off in my new car I had the best experience getting my car from this establishment that I would recommend them to any and everyone who is looking for a new or used car. Mikhael was extremely pleasant, accommodating, and even comical to spend time with during the entire process which in turn made it less stressful with the push ones of some others. I normally don't care much at all for most sales people but Mikhael offered so much help to us before, during and even after the purchase with his cheery disposition, he truly made it pleasant and still does every time I go back for any services with my warranty.
