I drove from Santa Barbara to this dealership as the online pricing was very attractive and internet sales person - Justin was very transparent during our conversation over the phone. But, for a brief period of time , I had to deal with Tony Roman. His attitude and arrogance almost made me walk away from the deal. If the customer drives so long to buy the vehicle and visits multiple times , it doesn't mean , you can take the customer for granted and throw whatever BS that comes to your mind. He was least bothered when I decided to walk away from the deal. But the deal was rescued and I was happy to close the deal when Garret came back into picture. Christian was very knowledgeable about the vehicle , the service factors , parts market and maintenance. It was pleasure knowing about the vehicle from him. He delivered the vehicle in excellent condition and I'm a proud owner of JEEP Grand Cherokee. Mike was very good in closing the deal and made sure ,I understand all the aspects of what I'm getting into. Special mention to Garret on his expertise to handle a customer and make the customer feel comfortable. I also made couple of call after I got back to understand few terms on the agreement , Christian and Mike were very responsive and helpful. I can honestly say that , this dealership can be a partner for life as they advertise. I'm bit sad that I cannot have them as my service/maintenance partner , as I stay pretty far from this location. My wife and I had our travel trailer packed and ready to go for a cross country trip to New York. The only problem was that we needed work done on our tow vehicle. Before we could leave, We needed a part replaced on our 2014 Ram 2500 Diesel. As it turns out, this particular part is in short supply. I explained our situation to Brittney and she went way out of our way to make sure we were able to get the part immediately. She made an appointment for a Wednesday morning, once she was assured our part was in transit. Then when the part arrived early Tuesday morning, she called me and asked me if I preferred to bring my vehicle in a day earlier. I took her up on this generous offer and we are now looking forward to our dream vacation in Niagara Falls. More

Well worth the drive I could not find the type of Wrangler JK I wanted in Phoenix, all of the ones were " Incoming " and far more equipment then I needed for a Jeep. Called and Talked to Sam Potres, He wanted to physically touch the unit and call me back in less then 5min Sam called and the Wrangler was available. about 10min later we agreed on a price and I said I'd be there when they open in the morning.
