Happy Owner of New RAM Tradesman Express I was shopping for used RAM Tradesman Express trucks on the internet and found a new truck at the Carl Burger dealership that was very attractively pr I was shopping for used RAM Tradesman Express trucks on the internet and found a new truck at the Carl Burger dealership that was very attractively priced. I contacted them over the internet and was ultimately directed to contact Sam Potres at the dealership. My wife and I drove down from Escondido and met with Sam. He showed us the truck that I was interested in and we went for a test drive. I liked it and Sam proceeded to help us get the paperwork filled out to purchase the truck, He explained all our options to us in a clear manner. We bought the truck but I could not drive it home because my wife has a broken ankle and cannot drive. Sam offered to deliver it to our house (40 minutes away) the next day and he did that. It saved us a lot of logistical headaches and I am very happy with the service provided by Sam and the Carl Burger dealership. More
