Excellent Sooo, I just got a new car that I am completely in love with! Only reason I got what I wanted was because Michael from the Carl Burger Dodge Chrysler Sooo, I just got a new car that I am completely in love with! Only reason I got what I wanted was because Michael from the Carl Burger Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram World in La Mesa helped me find my puurfect new gem. Of course being me, I had a something in mind already. I wanted my car to have a certain feature/look to it . He was amazing because he actually listened to what I had in mind and he told me if this is what you truly want and have to have then I will do my best to make sure to find it. We went on to test driving the cars to see if I like the feel of driving it. He showed me all the features and he took his time explaining everything to me, he truly made sure I understood everything which I really appreciated. Michael introduced me to his manager Brian who is an extremely sweet guy. He came over got to know me, worked really well around what I wanted and he made sure that overall that I was extremely happy with everything. They both worked together so seamlessly and took great care of me. They were very patient and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The car I ended up wanting was only available in a dealership out in L.A. Without any hesitation he ensured me he would personally bring it down for me the next day. And it is exactly what was done. I received my shiny new car ready for me to drive off with. I liked how they went over every single aspect of the car. Michael went the extra mile and followed up to make sure that I was happy with the car and to see if I had any questions about it. So pretty sure you guys get the picture, you want to actually get taken care of while making a big purchase and have peace of mind go to Michael he’s truly is a sweet soul with a contagious positive attitude. I've been in to plenty of dealerships where you either are attacked as soon as you're on the lot or rudely starred at from the second you walk into th I've been in to plenty of dealerships where you either are attacked as soon as you're on the lot or rudely starred at from the second you walk into the sales office. This dealership, however, was totally not your typical place. I was greeted by everyone I walked by! The sales manager, Brian was such a cool, non-pushy sales man. He was genuine and very informative. Brian and my salesman, Jack Ford, were just as excited about my purchase as I was. Jack is an amazing man as well, he's very real.
