We were helped by Mikhael M. he was great, so knowledgeable and the first person I felt comfortable with and actually TRUSTED the entire day. Manager David set me up with an amazing deal and I left home with my first brand new car. My experience was great. Worst dealership experience ever. So I got my car towed in to get something done to it when it was towed t was left on the street. They initially told me that my car was going to be So I got my car towed in to get something done to it when it was towed t was left on the street. They initially told me that my car was going to be like that the next day and then the next day come they're like oh it won't be looked at until tomorrow by the way we had to tow your car off the street that's $55. Whaaaat ? I never authorized this tow never did I receive a call that my car was going to be towed had they called me I could have got my car towed from my end not their end for them to charge me 55$. I kind of let it go but then I started thinking to myself I know you guys are a millionaire company and you guys are trying to give me for my $55 that I had no idea about i don't feel like I should pay that I never authorized this tow. So I talk to the manager I really don't remember his name but he's at the Carl burger in La Mesa and he was just the rudest manager I have ever ever spoke with He was a grown man trying to argue with a 21 year old girl over 55$ And said you aren't gonna pay the tow fee it's not the right thing but it is legal. He had the nerve to tell me that he hopes that I don't ever need service from that dealership again like and so what if I did what are you doing refusing service or is that a threat ? I didn't know how to take that. And told me that "somebody's gonna pay or your car isn't going anywhere" mind you I never told him I wasn't going to pay so he had no right saying that. Also I told him I would call bbb and he said "do that". Never will I go to this dealership again I can't believe as much money as they make he wanted to argue with me about 55$ More

Drove away with a Certified car Our car was in the shop and I was returning the rental car. We walked across the street to the Certified Pre-Owned vehicles just to look. When we decided we needed to pursue another vehicle and had shown interest in one, Mikhael approached again. He suggested a test drive. After answering our questions we decided to look at numbers. His manager, David became involved. Again, friendly and professional and not pushy. He put together a great deal. We then met Sonny in finance. He was also personable and efficient. It was very painless compared to prior experiences. All three of these men were helpful and wanted to be accommodating. We arrived on the lot about 1:00 and drove away in our Certified car by 3:30.
