I have to say it was one of the best experiences I have had at a car dealer. I called the night before asking to set up an appointment for the following morning, Sam was the salesman I talked to. We set up an appointment for 11am, I contacted him back shortly after asking if we could do 930 which he replied I get in at 10 but am willing to come in early for you if need be which gave me a very good initial impression. We set the appointment at 10. The next day I headed down from north county, about 15 minutes prior to me arriving Sam contacted me to verify our appointment which I appreciated. He was there as soon as I walked in the door and greeted me professionally. I went to run to the bathroom, came out a few seconds later and he was already pulling the car up in front of the dealership for me to look. We went on a test drive, had friendly conversation, and came back to the dealership where he immediately went into starting the appraisal of my trade in and introduced me to the sales manager Tony. Tony was also very professional with me and was a pleasure to deal with. He gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade in without me even throwing a number out at him. I appreciated that he didn't try to lowball the hell out of me like other dealers have in the past. The initial offer that Sam and Tony threw out at me was very close to what I had in mind and after one counter we were able to meet just about on the dot as to what I wanted, needless to say I purchased the vehicle. My experience with Sam and Tony was great, both of them were a pleasure to work with and I really appreciated their professionalism and the fact that we came together so quickly on a deal without having to go back and forth for hours. A+ experience, would do business with them again with no hesitation. Thanks guys. More
