We probably drove past 100 dealerships to get to Carl Burger but every-time we make a purchase here we leave completely satisfied. The staff were again so efficient, so friendly, minimized the process as much as possible and greatly reduced our wait time. Barrett was our initial contact and his knowledge of cars, and the deals he had on the yard was impressive. he presented us with several options that suited our budget and even went into bat to find cars outside of our budget that could also possibly work. His promptness to respond to email and phone calls and swiftness to return calls was on par with the highest levels of customer service found in the upper echelon of the corporate world! Gibson closed the deal for us, taking over from Barrett, and what a personable, warm friendly guy. After a short time with him we felt like we had known him as a friend for years, Gibson giving us fantastic information and advice on the best places to hike and vacation in California as a family! this made the paperwork side of the process fly. before we knew it, the paperwork was done and it was off to see Wes in finance. Wes, was presented with our 'deal' and even though we arrived with our finance already in place at 1.98%. Wes felt he may be able to beat what we honestly thought was unbeatable financing, and less than 10 minutes later he presented us with the good news that he could finance us for much lower! we drove out of the dealership with an extraordinary purchase, with an incredibly positive experience, with possibly the best finance deal in San Diego! I felt comfortable and you can tell he wants my business not only for the immediate sale, but for the future. Really great working through a deal with pros who want to see you leave happy. Then going through accounting, which is always an issue at most dealerships. Usually the accounting team just wants to squeeze every penny out of you before you sign. Berrett Pricor one of the accounting managers there at Carl Burger. Talked through all of the plans, again not pushing me which tends to make me upset, but setup all of the options, let me pick what I thought made sense. He also in the process saw that I had paid for an extended warranty and insurance on my trade in that I could transfer and get a refund on. He didn't have to do that and I'm pretty sure most wouldn't have, but I ended up after the deal was already done, getting refunded a considerable amount. These are my guys and I will be back to purchase from them again. You get an opportunity and have read this. Go buy from them. We initially went into the dealership to look into possibly trading my current '07 Chrysler 300C for a new 300S. Joe BBQ then set us up with JJ, in the number crunching expertise ;) He gave me a very fair trade in value for my current 300 and he really worked with us to get us into a payment that we wanted. The two of them together made the worst part of a dealership experience extremely pleasant and enjoyable! After we came to a deal, we were set up with Bennett Owen in the finance department. He was not pushy, yet explained the importance of necessary add-ons, leaving us with a no pressure educated option to decide on our own. He was very thorough and friendly.
