I bought a new 2012 Charger from Carl Burger Dodge..I have to say the sales men are great, not pushy They let you look and answer your questions. Had the car taken to their collision center for the repairs, I did not Want to rush or be pushy with them, I wanted them to fix the car right..7 weeks later I get my car back. Still had damage..I was very angry with them, I went back 08/13/2012 to speak with Kyle the GM.. I have to say I was impressed. He took the time to hear what I had to say. He offered a resolution to my satisfaction. I had the option to fix the car or to trade it in. I choose to trade it in and got a great deal. They valued me as a customer and it showed. I want to thank Gibbson The sales men who worked very hard to get me off the lot in time for my appointment. He was very knowledgeable about the product and its features. He was running back and forth on a very hot day Thanks for all you did. He has moved over to Carl Burger and I called him and told him what i was looking for, the deal I needed to have to get me in and he was on it. 2 hours later I was driving away. I spent a total of 30 minutes @ the dealer (most of it was transferring stuff from my other jeep to my NEW jeep). I will buy cars from Jeff forever. The finance representative was awesome and efficient. No hidden fees. No BS. Great facility and hands down the best Salesman in the county. My son was looking for his first car purchase, a new Jeep. We used the internet to get dealer 'bids' on the basic Jeep that he was looking for. Julio Leon didn't rush us, he gave us all of the time and information we needed, and in the end we bought the Jeep from him. We were very happy with the sale and the way we were treated. We must have passed ten Jeep dealers to get down there, but we know that we got the best deal and we were glad. Julio also let us take a good serious test drive, which was important to us, not just around the block because we hadn't really had a good test drive in a Jeep yet. All in all, we were glad that we drove down to La Mesa and Julio has followed up with us repeatedly to make sure that we had a good continuing experience. More
