Thank you “Sam the jeweler” However, during the financial portion I wanted to add a warranty and gap to my loan. But, I was told I would have to purchase a bundle to get what I needed. Which I felt was unfair! If your going to offer a product the customer should have a choice in what they want to pay for. I felt I had to purchase this package to get what I really wanted. And I did asked if I could just get the gap and warranty only; I was told no, it’s a package deal only, or nothing... It may seem like a small thing to your company; but that additional amount 1-2000.00 added to my loan could hurt someone budget. As a matter of fact a friend of mine just totaled her car and is looking to purchase a new one. She wanted to know which dealership I went to Mother’s Day.... then I realized today the possible reason why you force a new owners to purchase the LoJack because it’s all ready installed on all your vehicles on your lot... and then follow up with “your insurance rate will give you a discount for having it... “Not”... I love my JEEP! Sam was easy to work with and he made the process simple. Fernando was also super great! I had my own financing set up and my paperwork was a breeze. My only issue is that I ordered running boards and assumed they would be ordered and put on before I picked up the vehicle. They were not. "We are going to keep your truck it hasn't been checked yet".........ridiculous!! On top of that the dirty xxx loaner vehicle. My experience so far has been frustrating. More
