I was told by Sales Dept. to make a Service appt. and it will be fixed right away. Did as I was told and took PTO from my job to come in and sit for a few hours to be informed "We don't have the part, you will need to come in when we get it." I left angry and not confident that I would even be contacted with a follow up. *update. When I went back Bud made it right. His professionalism was very impressive. I'm happy now. Thanks Bud! More

Jeep lease I walked in cold to the dealership after looking elsewhere (Mazda). Willful neglect of informing of price While finalizing the sales contract, the finance representative did not clearly state the cost of the anti theft system or the paint and upholstery pr While finalizing the sales contract, the finance representative did not clearly state the cost of the anti theft system or the paint and upholstery protection insurance or how much they would add to the final price. Nowhere on the contracts I signed, the Vehicle Due Bill, the Vehicle Appearance Protection form or the Karr Security System contract was there a price listed. Only on the final sales contract where these items listed with their prices but Mike did not go through them with me to show me how we arrived at the total amount I was asking to finance. He simply passed me the contract and said to sign on the highlighted areas. Afterward, in the parking lot I was reading the contract and thought there had to be a mistake because the amount I financed was over $8,000 of the sticker price. Like an idiot I went home though to try to figure out what it was I didn't understand about the price. I called Mike early the next morning explaining my confusion about what I had signed and the cost associated with it but he refused to let me drop the security and protection packages. He also didn't explain I had a choice between 2 different prices for the upholstery protection plan and he signed me up for the more expensive one. He also failed to inform me that the Uconnect system provides the same basic anti theft function, making the Karr system redundant and an unnecessary additional cost. I feel I wasn't properly informed of what I was agreeing to and as a result I now have to pay about $3,000 more than I want to pay. More
