When I called I spoke to Brittany and s I have been taking my car to Carl Burger Dodge for years, I needed routine maintenance and my breaks checked. When I called I spoke to Brittany and she advised me that I had a recall pending on my car and I could have it all done at the same time and if needed I could get a loaner while my car was being worked on! Brittany asked what time and day worked best for me. I took it in Friday morning at 0800. I was unable to pick up my car by 5pm, so she arranged for me to pick it up at the express department Saturday morning without any problem.
