Service made easy! I have been taking my car to Carl Burger Dodge for years, I needed routine maintenance and my breaks checked. When I called I spoke to Brittany and s I have been taking my car to Carl Burger Dodge for years, I needed routine maintenance and my breaks checked. When I called I spoke to Brittany and she advised me that I had a recall pending on my car and I could have it all done at the same time and if needed I could get a loaner while my car was being worked on! Brittany asked what time and day worked best for me. I took it in Friday morning at 0800. I was unable to pick up my car by 5pm, so she arranged for me to pick it up at the express department Saturday morning without any problem. Quick & Easy Buying Experience I stopped in on a Thursday to test drive some cars real quick after work. I didn't have a lot of time and didn't plan on buying anything that day. I w I stopped in on a Thursday to test drive some cars real quick after work. I didn't have a lot of time and didn't plan on buying anything that day. I was helped quickly and efficiently by Arturo. Told him I didn't plan on buying anything that day and was still treated like a valued customer. Looked at a few cars, got Arturo's card and let him know I planned on coming back on Sunday to purchase. Went back on Sunday with my wife and was greeted with a smile by Arturo. He was very patient and helpful throughout our car search. We had him running back and forth opening up several different cars for us and test driving at least 3. He was very informative about each vehicle's history and features. He was never pushy or "salesy." We never felt rushed even though it was kind of late on Sunday. Once we made a decision, the sitdown portion of the buying processes was also quick and easy. He got our information and we were immediately given a slight price cut off of the listing price without even asking. Even though my credit ended up coming back a bit lower than I had expected that did hinder or slow the buying process at all. Mike helped us in the finance section. He was also very patient and informative. He fully explained what each document was that we signing. Explained the differences between each warranty and helped us pick the one that best fit our needs based on our vehicle use. The whole process took a bout 3 hours and was definitely one of the easiest and most comfortable car buying processes I've ever had. Highly recommend!! 5 stars!! I love my new car!!
