I test drove a C300 a week prior at Carlton and knew that’s the car I wanted. After a week, I contacted Carlton to purchase. I did not have much time to spend in the office because of my work schedule, that’s the car I wanted. After a week, I contacted Carlton to purchase. I did not have much time to spend in the office because of my work schedule, so Carlton, specifically Robin, was very accommodating and understanding. He communicated almost exclusively by text at my request since that was easiest with my work schedule. I sent him my information ahead of time, he prepared all the documentation, and when I arrived, he had everything ready for me to sign. He even did my trade in estimate ahead of time. He was always kind, happy, and knowledgeable. David in finance was easy to work with, quick to finish my paperwork and extremely kind to both me and my husband. Ben was very helpful as well with changing out tags and showing me new features. It was the most painless and easy car buying experience I’ve had yet.
