So after about after about 7 months of thinking when I made the decision and realized exactly what I wanted it was nice to walk in and be directed to him after I ask to see "Bob". The color of the model I wanted was not there so he let me test drive a simular vehicle and then had the only one in the country available shipped in within about a week. While waiting on the delivery he texted and kept me informed after delivery he followed up and ensured it was everything I ever wanted. Very kind, especially respectfully of my military service and got me a great price for my trade in. Thanks again Mr Brackett More

Everything he explained regarding the purchase of the vehicle came to fruition without any hassles. The final purchase was quite pleasurable and we could not ask for a better salesman who was polished and professional. As for Carlton Motorcars, we were so impressed with all the salesman working together! They too knew the Mercedes product line and features and that really helps with so many available options. BOB...the worst salesman I've ever dealt with OMG, BOB was the worst salesperson we have ever dealt with and my husband and I have purchased A LOT of cars over the last 20 years. He was rude and condescending to my daughter and I. At one point he even said "I'm not trying to be mean, but" so clearly he knew he was being rude. He was so abrasive we literally had to get up and walk out we were so disgusted. We actually drove down the road and purchased a BMW for my daughter. My daughter said he left such a bad taste in her mouth she didn't even want a Mercedes anymore. HAHA I would NEVER step foot at this dealership again!!!!! I gave one star for poor because I did not know if I could submit with ZERO stars. More
