Anthony is the best! I am writing this review on behalf of my technologically inept mother. About 6 months ago, we visited Carman "looking" for a new car to replace my mom I am writing this review on behalf of my technologically inept mother. About 6 months ago, we visited Carman "looking" for a new car to replace my mom's 1994 Honda Accord wagon. We were immediately approached by Anthony. He asked the few questions he needed and within 15 minutes he had a 2016 Jeep Cherokee with all the bells and whistles my mom wanted. Before we went, she told me she didn't want to test drive. Well, Anthony talked her in to that! Then she told me she didn't want to go inside to talk number. Again, Anthony was able to get my mom to come in! That is the definition of a great sales person! After tears about letting go of her 25 year old car, Anthony had us signed and ready to go. Without Anthony, my mom would have never let go of her xxx vehicle! Thank you so much. No we are riding in style and my family is no longer embarrassed to ride with my mom! She went sooo far out of her way to answer our questions, switching to a phone call, and understood our needs. She looked up current rebates and promotions on our selected vehicle, as well as 2 other possible choices. Her attitude & professionalism is the SOLE reason we drove to this dealer, rather than one with the same vehicle that was more conveniently located. When we arrived, we were greeted by Mike, who had a great attitude-couldn't ask for a better salesperson! He understood what we wanted to do with our trade, went on a test drive, sat down and did the paperwork. Calm, relaxed, no pressure-the best experience we have ever had for any purchase (and we have had many!).
