Cher, We called you 2x a day for 5 days, unfortunately we cant be responsible that your phone doesn't work all the time. We covered all of the loaner cars days that Chrysler would allow us to cover. You dropped off your car on 11/20 and car was completed on 11/27. In our messages we stated you were going to be responsible the extra days of Rental, unfortunately our system in service does not allow for text messages. We informed you to call Jeep, sometimes they will help customers outside of the warranty guidelines. Im not sure a broken cell phone will be accepted as a good cause though. It is when I say it when I walk in the door. "My phone isn't working right. Please send me the texts like before." Someone didn't say "I'm sorry, we don't have that program on this side but we can email you." So yeah, a broken phone IS good cause because DISCLOSURE. I clearly stated my request before you ever touched my car or held it over. If Jeep had the power to handle it, they should have told me instead of asking me why Anthony would send me to them. Same with Enterprise. Nobody FB'd me. So say whatever you want, you know in your heart what the truth is and so do I. You are not being ethical or helpful. And I won't be back. Lesson learned. I'll make sure to share my experience.
