My 2008 Ford Escape had damaged front bumper as a result of someone backing into it in the driveway. It looked pretty bad when I brought it in; however, once the Carmen Auto Body guys finished with it, the of someone backing into it in the driveway. I went to Carman on a Saturday to look at a preowned Fusion that I found online. The car was not available, but my sales consultant Greg told me they would get it for me as soon as possible. He let me drive a comparable vehicle, and I knew before I even saw the Fusion, I knew I wanted it! I got a message from Greg early Monday afternoon letting me know the car was back and I was there within a few hours, and I left that night in my first Ford! I've always been a GM person, but after the experience with Carman, and how helpful my salesman Greg was, I think I've turned to Ford now!! This is an awesome dealer, I'd recommend ANYONE to them! Everyone at Carmen made me feel like a valued customer, as if they appreciated my business, as if they wanted me to return in the future.
