My 2008 Ford Escape had damaged front bumper as a result of someone backing into it in the driveway. I went to Carman on a Saturday to look at a preowned Fusion that I found online. The car was not available, but my sales consultant Greg told me they would get it for me as soon as possible. He let me drive a comparable vehicle, and I knew before I even saw the Fusion, I knew I wanted it! I got a message from Greg early Monday afternoon letting me know the car was back and I was there within a few hours, and I left that night in my first Ford!
