I had a 2009 MKS and was in the market for a 2012 MKS. I returned to the dealer that I purchased my 2009 MKS. That experience prompted me to search for another dealership. My recent purchase on 10/13/2012 was a great experience. I always leave knowing I have received the best deal possible and I'm treated like a person not a sale. It is very nice to walk in the delaership and evryone calls you by your name. The staff always makes it a point to say hello and its amazing how they actually remember most of thier customers even if they havent seen them in a couple of years. That is why customers highly recomend this dealership. My hats off to Carman for thier great customer service and thier personal touch that adds to every thing they do.
