It was quick, easy and hassle free to buy my truck. When I went to Carter, I expected the same "run around" that I have experienced when buying a car from other dealers in the past. Even though I had a lower price quoted from another dealer I realized that the final price was lower from Carter because the other dealer had added on several additional "charges" that they said "were standard charges that could not be avoided" - these charges did not appear anywhere on my paperwork from Carter. Kevin was easy to deal with and I was out the door quickly with a fair price on my trade-in, the entire purchase process was done in less than 2 hours. More

I explained we were from out of state, we would be flying in to pick up the vehicle and needed to be on the road as quickly as possible. I was told that we could be in and out in less than an hour. With everything that could possibly go wrong from airlines to weather, we took a leap of faith. We were picked up early, the transaction went smooth (many thanks to Cody) and was on the road in 50 minutes. It would've have been 40 minutes if I hadn't stopped to look at the new Blazer. 5 stars on the purchasing experience. The drive home was a dream as well.
