They were very vague about the details and the salesman had to go get the "boss" to haggle about the price. Carter Chevrolet was a breath of fresh air. It was what a car buying experience should be. Matt was extremely helpful and listened to our wants. He found the perfect truck for us. They had straight-forward pricing and no haggling was necessary. We went straight from Matt to the finance department. It was a wonderful experience. Our only regret was not going to Carter Chevrolet first. Thank you! More
