I asked for an oil change and they got it taken care of on the spot. I was initially disappointed that there was no offer to put new tires on it as they were barely driveable. My initial rating was a three star due to having to ask for an oil change instead of being offered one and no response to the tires poor condition. A few days after I got a call from One of the managers, Jason. He completely changed my experience and replaced the tires. It wasn’t even a question. Once we arrived he took the time to walk us around and through the truck and for a short drive.
