Unbelievable experience! I purchase a new vehicle every three years and I have used many different dealers over the years all with the same experience, until this week. I fou I purchase a new vehicle every three years and I have used many different dealers over the years all with the same experience, until this week. I found Carter Chevrolet online via autotrader and drove the thirty minutes to see them, remembering that I had heard good things about them. I was greeted by the owner when I arrived and introduced to the salesman I spoke to on the phone, Jason Taylor. No fancy suits, no gimmicks, no games at this place. I loved the truck but really wanted my wife to see it first. They told me to take it home for the night to show her. I live thirty miles away so this is a brand new truck with 100 miles on it and they were going to let me take it home to show her! They did not pressure me at all, they showed me several options in several price ranges and packages to help me decide if this was the one I wanted. These guys stayed at it with me, never pressured me to run credit, never played games with managers and colored markers. They just listened and showed me options based on my input. Have I mentioned yet that when I called out to inquire about the truck they were supposed to be closing before I could get there. I put this in the review as they stayed after hours to complete this entire process with me. The GM Jason was also great and helped me find the payment terms I was looking for and a great rate to boot. Then we headed to finance and the finance manager Cody spent as much time talking to my son about basketball as he did talking to me. This meant a lot as my boy had been there for a while being patient and for someone to grab him on his level and show interest in chatting with him about something he loves made his day. when we left it was almost 8 pm and they sent us home with a chicken dinner and a tank of gas too. Absolutely unbelievable service and experience. These guys and gals have it figured out and I won’t shop anywhere else now. More
