To start- We were looking to change vehicles but not the day we went in. We were unprepared to buy a car. What happened- I saw an add online for a car they had which was exactly what I wanted. When we got to the dealer they had the car out front and just handed us the keys and told us to drive it and tell them what we thought. Honestly we were really surprised that they didn't try and sell us on the vehicle at all before giving us the keys. Once we returned to the dealer they gave us a great offer on our trade-in vehicle and we decided to buy. EVERYTHING went easy and smooth. No hassles at all. In total it took less time than any other car purchase and we have bought many cars over the years. Just a great experience and friendly, easy going people. I will go back to them for our next car. I called about a particular vehicle they had on the lot. Nick was the salesman that helped me. When I arrived, he had the vehicle sitting up front waiting on me, I appreciate that. That can be frustrating when you are busy, like myself. It was nice to have asaleman get the ball rolling before I showed up. From pulling up to the dealership, to leaving in my new vehicle, it took about 3 hours. That was with a longer test drive and a little bit of negotiating back and forth. Overall, I was pleased with my experience and won't hesitate to use Carter Chevrolet, and Nick again. More
