I purchased my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado in December 2017. Since then I have had nothing but POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered my 2020 Corvette from Casey in September of 2019. Due to the GM strike, then Covid, Corvette production was seriously delayed. General Manager, Ron Smith, kept me posted through the entire proc 2019. Due to the GM strike, then Covid, Corvette production was seriously delayed. The car arrived in December 2020 and Ron and Rick Pelczarski gave me all the time I needed to familiarize myself with this amazing car. The entire buying experience at Casey was fantastic. In my opinion, this is the only place to consider when buying your Chevrolet. More

Went in at 11:30 appointment for oil / filter change and a tire rotation. Was promptly and courteously greeted. Left the vehicle and went out for lunch. Received a text message shortly later saying the serv a tire rotation. Was promptly and courteously greeted. Left the vehicle and went out for lunch. Received a text message shortly later saying the service was complete, the vehicle was ready and showing the very reasonable cost. Upon return from lunch the Advisor again was prompt and courteous in explaining the invoice, receiving my payment and wishing me a good day at my departure. More
