Thank you for the speedy response. Phone calls don't seem to do it. I went up there three times. Lucky I live close enough to do this. The issue should have been identified when I first called 5 days ago. I was driving around illegally and I am not happy about that. I of course am glad there were no fender benders, etc. Now with updated paperwork which required 2 trips there today, I am good for 30 days. Hopefully that will be enough. I also had to drive there for the pay off of my trade in loan. 3 and 1/2 weeks after the trade in, my loan had not been paid off. James would not respond with satisfactory answers until I went there in person before another car loan payment was due. I understand now my credit union was holding the check and was telling me they hadn't received it yet. Still James could have checked into it and told me when the check was mailed. Instead he refused to call me back or answer my calls. Very frustrating! I paid for the processing fee to get treated as an irritant. I could have driven probably once to the DMV myself. This second issue was the same treatment. Customer service is not a strong suit for him. I do admit it is a regional problem as well but in sales? After seeing a lot of reviews on this site and I am happy many people have good experiences. This was not my case at all. I stand behind my comments. I will never buy or trade in another vehicle at any Casey dealerships.
