We felt as though our salesman, Jacob Hernandez, was honorable and trustworthy. He was knowledgeable about the dealership (what perks they offered as far as purchasing a used car), as well as the vehicle we purchased. Mr. Hernandez did not pressure us at all. He did, however, reassure us that regardless of our choice in vehicles, he would make sure we received the best price possible. Jacob was very personable and made us feel comfortable. When we are ready to purchase a truck, we are going to go back to Casey Kia and let Jacob know what we want and leave the rest up to him! More

Johnnie D Jordan Jr was my initial contact upon entering. Shortly after I was introduced to Sam S the sales manager. I went in for a test drive and then got straight to business. Josh the insurance reviewer and Mr. James in Finance were great, thorough and knowledgeable. Mr. Jordan even went the extra mile and assisted me with transporting my other vehicle to my residence. The customer service from every person I encountered from the minute I walked in the door to the minute I drove off the lot with the family's new SUV was by far the best. My experience at Casey has made me a customer for life. I highly recommend them and Casey Honda as well.
