I bought my very first new car from Cassens in 2016 and now I am on my second new car. Both Challengers. I will continue to recommend their business services to folks I know. Dustin Simaytes worked tirelessly to get me into the car and refused companies that would stress myself out with payments. He took additional steps in explaining that the original package of service for my vehicle will transfer to the new Challenger due to still having credit leftover. More

I factory ordered a Ram 1500 Longhorn and he worked his butt off and got every detail right. His attention to detail was incredible. He followed up and insured that it was correct and kept me informed on the progress every step of the way.
