Every time I asked to speak to a manager about details and updates regarding my car getting serviced after the check engine light illuminated and tur Every time I asked to speak to a manager about details and updates regarding my car getting serviced after the check engine light illuminated and turbo failing within the first week of purchasing, I was told that they are not present and I’ll receive a call tomorrow. I was also never provided a loner car during the entire time my car was being serviced (almost 2 weeks). When I got the car back from their service center, they didn’t have the itemized maintenance report ready, or the codes from before and after service. It wasn’t until the next day in the afternoon when I received the docs in email. I also noticed that the boost gauge was not working at all. I received the car in worse condition due to the fact that the check engine light illuminated within the first 2 days, the turbo was failing and getting worse and now the boost gauge. I am now trying to get my car serviced for the second time but want to make sure they have a loner car ready for me during the time they fix my car. They told me in the past two days that no loner car or manager to approve my request but that I can drop off the vehicle… all these issues without even getting to the cost issue… $19000 was their advertised price and I paid over $26000 out the door with $10500 down payment. After looking at the numbers more closely, I noticed many discrepancies…. And some to be illegal…. More

I recently financed a car from this dealership and I want to share my experience. I specifically asked the guy if the suv had a hitch and what was the tow capacity. He told me it came with a hitch and tow ca to share my experience. I specifically asked the guy if the suv had a hitch and what was the tow capacity. He told me it came with a hitch and tow capacity was approximately 3 thousand lbs. I believed him and did not verify unfortunately. The next day I got under the vehicle to check the hitch, only to find out that there was no hitch. I called him and he said it would cost me around $1200 dollars to get one installed and that the dealer would only pay for half. I called other dealerships to compare prices, the quotes I got were around $595 total. Trust but verify. And definitely won't be going back to them again. More

The salesman Ernest was fantastic, he really listened to what I wanted and made the deal happen. He really went over all the details of the vehicle an made sure I understood how it operated. My major complaints come from the detailing personnel. I bought a used car understandle but to still have dust, dirt and the old plastic still on parts of the vehicle is not okay. You can tell they did a quick job on the outside only. I understand it was a used car that shouldn't mean the attention to detail isn't as through. More

After putting in an order for a Ram and having to cancel it due to it not coming in on time I searched the web for something even better then what I ordered and sure enough my eyes landed on a brand new GMC it due to it not coming in on time I searched the web for something even better then what I ordered and sure enough my eyes landed on a brand new GMC AT4HD as soon as I got to the dealer I was greeted by Nubia she let me take it for a test drive and as soon as I pulled off the lot I knew I had to take it home. Buying a truck with such a high price tag I wanted to make sure it was everything I wanted but not only did the truck have everything I wanted the SERVICE I received from Nubia she made us feel like family she wasn’t pushy or rude she sold me the truck and even after she sold it she has followed up with minor questions I’ve had both phone calls and via text. If you decide to visit castle I would highly recommend asking for Nubia you will not be disappointed. I am very happy with my experience More
After confirming test drive of 2016 Jeep Wrangler before driving 2+ hours to this dealership I was 30 minutes into trip when I received a heads up email that Jeep was in the service center, but should still driving 2+ hours to this dealership I was 30 minutes into trip when I received a heads up email that Jeep was in the service center, but should still be ready at the scheduled time. Not wanting to leave anything to chance I called immediately to find out why the Jeep was in the service and requested confirmation that it would be ready. The internet rep said she would check status with the service manager and call me back. About 5 minutes later she called me back to tell me Jeep was only in for routine service check and would be ready. Upon arrival at the dealership it took several minutes for anyone to even greet me, then the person who did said they would go look for the repo had spoken with. About 10 minutes later this same guy came back and said he would be working with me even though he did not know me nor even which vehicle I was scheduled to test drive. After I told him which vehicle he returned about 5 minutes later to inform the Jeep is still in the shop and the repairs are not done and the mechanic had left for the day.. Turns out they had discovered a leak which resulted in lots of water damage under drivers side floor mats/carpet. So there could be no test drive. I was allowed to at least view the Jeep up on hoist in service bay. Needless to say it was very unprofessional, frustrating and a waste of 5 hours drive time plus $100 gas. Dealership made no offers to remedy their error or offering to cover my gas. More
