Very satisfied visit My Chevy Traverse was leaking or burning oil. I wasn’t sure the cause, but the mechanic was very patient explaining what he thought was the issue. Aft My Chevy Traverse was leaking or burning oil. I wasn’t sure the cause, but the mechanic was very patient explaining what he thought was the issue. After examining the car for a few days, they had me come back and showed me what they thought was the issue. They could have tried an expensive procedure, but instead went with a more conservative path of repair. More

Service excellence After dropping my truck off for a PM service the service writer called about the leaking thermostat and radiator which had a TSB. After some phone cal After dropping my truck off for a PM service the service writer called about the leaking thermostat and radiator which had a TSB. After some phone calls she was able to get the radiator and thermostat covered under the TSB The communication was great from the min I dropped it off to the time I picked up the truck. I would deffinetly recomend the service department and service techs at Castle Chevy North. More
