Customer Service I had an issue with a used vehicle I purchased at Castle. Zack the Service Manager went above and beyond to make sure the problem was corrected, made I had an issue with a used vehicle I purchased at Castle. Disappointed with the Equinox due issues I appreciated the staff and their treatment of me when it became obvious that I had been sold a “lemon”. They replaced immediately.
