Great Experience!!! We found a vehicle on Castle Website. Castle Chevrolet is over an hour away from our house. So on the way we stopped at another dealer for a sanity We found a vehicle on Castle Website. Castle Chevrolet is over an hour away from our house. So on the way we stopped at another dealer for a sanity check. That dealer said there was no way they could offer the vehicle at that price and we were wasting our time by going to Castle. We were badgered by the salesperson and at least 3 General Managers. They did give me a price as I got up to walk out. When we got to Castle Chevrolet, they could not locate the vehicle we were interested in but Castle came through and found an replacement vehicle and honored the internet price!!! No real pressure to buy but I couldn't refuse the price. One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had!!!! More

Also, Norma Vargas my sales person took the time to explain every question I had and patiently went over all the accessories inside the vehicle to make sure I understood how to work all the features the vehicle had to offer.
