Assistant Service Manager, Steve K, is efficient, honest and knowledgeable and one of the primary reasons I'll continue to bring my car back to Castle for servicing in the future. Incorrect and Overpriced Took my car in for a service quote. I had just bought the car at this dealership less than three months prior. The quote that they came back with was astronomically high, and the work that they said needed to be done was way more than what actually needed to be done. I had done a substantial amount of research on the issue with my vehicle, and I knew what the problem was before ever taking it back to Castle. The service quote was so high compared to the value of the car that they then wanted me to trade in my current vehicle I had just bought to sell me a brand new vehicle. I took my vehicle to a different dealership, the quote was less than a third of what castle quoted and was actually going to fix the problem. Castle was more interested in making more money and selling me another car/services I didn’t need rather than actually correctly diagnosing and fixing the issue for a reasonable rate. More

Too hurried! Very upset customer They talked too fast to get you checked in and out! Only given one option on new tires. Which was way too high. I asked if they could vacuum my vehicle when washed was told no problem twice.. I asked again when I picked up my car if it was vacuumed and was told yes, just to find out it wasn't and I had no time to go back in because husband had to go to work... Now I know they're not there to clean my car, but when they say they'll do something, it would be great if they followed through. Last time I had it in for the oil change my tire light had just came on and the guy said they'd check it out... I didn't realize till I got down the street that it was still on... went back and they had to fix the tire... very annoying!!! Worst part was after they fixed the tire I didn't realise that the light was STILL on til I pulled into my drive way... I called before I even got out of the car and the man assured me that they did fix the tire and the light should reset next time I restart the car... well, it didn't and I was too mad to go back... I just checked my own tires til it was time for this oil change... lights are off now and I went some where else for half the price for awesome tires..and I almost forgot... last visit I also need new wiper blades and they never said a thing... I actually took pictures of them already shredding and I was so mad about the tire thing, I forgot to tell them they missed that too...so I went down the street and got new one... I only return for my oil changes because of my Warranty. More

4 times to the service center I bought a car with you guys fixing tmps light. First time I brought it waitied hour or so they told me it all fixed. Drive it have away home the ligh I bought a car with you guys fixing tmps light. First time I brought it waitied hour or so they told me it all fixed. Drive it have away home the light came back on. Called told bring it back they would give me a loaner. Took it back had the car two days told me they drive and it was fixed. So I picked up the car drove it half way home and the light came back on again. Turned the car around drive back to the dealership took pictures of light. Told again to bring it back got a loaner again finally they fixed the problem with the light. More
