Great People Make You Feel Like A Valued Customer I bought my present car from Castle Subaru Mitsubishi and I feel that this is the best dealership in the area. They have great vehicles, friendly sale I bought my present car from Castle Subaru Mitsubishi and I feel that this is the best dealership in the area. They have great vehicles, friendly sales and service staff and are very accommodating by providing complimentary snacks and drinks while you are waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. The service department is great and you always come out with a car wash and a vacuumed interior. Fox took care of me today and I truly felt like a valued customer. I recommend this dealership and I love my Mitsubishi Outlander! More
Worried & concerned After buying a car for our 17 year old Grandson, 5 days later had a check engine light, called & talked to Mark who reassured me that they would take After buying a car for our 17 year old Grandson, 5 days later had a check engine light, called & talked to Mark who reassured me that they would take care of it & if there was an issue with the engine or trans they would get us another car, Brought the car in & was told they didn’t have a fog machine to make sure everything was ok & was told they would call me at the end of the week & still haven’t heard back, can’t believe my issue wasn’t taken care of after they had the car for 5 hours....Also Tony told me that they would put a big red bow on the car so when we brought my Grandson in acting like we were looking for a car he would see his birthday present, he said he didn’t have a bow....Then told me they would include car mats which Tony said he would go to Walmart to buy, took a week and a half cause he kept telling me he didn’t have a chance to go get them, then when he finally got them, I went in only to get used ones that he said came out of a 2015 vehicle,very disappointed, hopefully I will get a call back from service department to recheck why we had an error (service engine light did go off in its own???) Mitsubishi recall items and noise analysis My recall items were taken care of quickly and efficiently. I thought the $140.00 charge for finding the problem was excessive and I reluctantly paid it. I said I would get back to them about the repairs. I went to my usual mechanic who checked my problem and confirmed Castle's diagnosis. He then gave me a price less than half of Castle's for the same job. He will be doing my repair. You have a nice facility, friendly people and quick response to recall items. I will recommend Castle for that, but not for everyday service. You are too expensive for me. More

Finance Manger David Spudic starts to call me silly and stupid for wanting to do a 60 month term instead of 72. He says why you anyone want to pay more and you are getting a good deal, why won’t you help us make money to your just selfish! He then lies and says since I’m not making them money the Bank will call back and change the financing amount. David gets and the bullhorn and says get her out of her! If USAA hadn’t help me throw the hole process I would have left. More
