The people at this dealership are AMAZING! After unfortunate experiences with dealerships in the area, my wife and I pulled in to CR Toyota and dealt with Spencer "T" Reed and Mike Leuenburger. After unfortunate experiences with dealerships in the area, my wife and I pulled in to CR Toyota and dealt with Spencer "T" Reed and Mike Leuenburger. Both of them were amazing and we felt like we were treated as if we knew them. We immediately felt at home and after a short hour negotiation, we had purchased a new car. I know this sounds made up, but it is not. We originally were shopping for Hondas at Randy Keuhl and we did not meet anyone or see any vehicles that impressed us at all. We felt at the end of our rope and Spencer T., Tim Steel and Mike L saved us from car buying depression. I hope they stay there for a long time because my family feels like we are finally in good hands when it comes to automotive purchases and service. Look up Spencer and meet Mike L. I promise it wont be a disappointment. More

Another great experience from Cedar Rapids Toyota I've been looking for a new vehicle for a very long time. When I called about a vehicle I'd seen online the salesperson was extremely helpful and answ I've been looking for a new vehicle for a very long time. When I called about a vehicle I'd seen online the salesperson was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. When I arrived for a test drive he had the vehicle waiting for me. During the test drive Alan was again able to answer all of my questions and was also explained to me a little bit of the history of the vehicle. After the test drive I had decided to purchase the vehicle based in part on how courteous the salesperson was. More
