I had purchased the extended warranty when I bought the vehicle so I went up front and made an issue about being charged $338 to replace it. First Curt Wiedemeier, in spite of being already very busy, explained that the clutch was something usually not covered because it was abuseable. But when he learned that a piston in the clutch assembly was defective, Curt called the warranty company and went to bat in presenting my case. His involvement along with Doug Olson's in service saved me $338. Warranty picked it up.... Thanks Toyota! More

I browsed many of the websites of the dealers located around the area, and what I saw on the CR Toyota website stood out to me. While browsing the parking lot, Bethany greeted me and I mentioned what I was looking for and the price range. She was very knowledgeable about the cars I was considering, and had some experiences with another make and model I was considering. That information about those experiences will probably save me a lot of money and hassles down the road. I took two vehicles for a test drive and looked at another. My mind was made up pretty quickly after that. I filled out the paperwork which was also a smooth process. I never felt any pressure during the process, either to buy or to buy something I wasn't really interested in. Bethany made the buying experience enjoyable. After the deal was completed, she offered to assist me in syncing my electronic devices to the car audio system. That type of audio system was new to me, so her extra effort was appreciated. What may seem like a smaller detail was very helpful. Curt helped me with the financing and warranty paperwork, and that was a very smooth process. He helped me determine the coverage that I probably didn't need, while trying to steer me toward warranty coverage that I probably should have. He made sure that I had all the facts on why I might or might not need certain parts of the coverage. Throughout the process, it felt like they were friends looking out for my best interests, rather than just trying to sell me something. I would highly recommend Cedar Rapids Toyota. More

Great buying experience I contacted Cedar Rapids Toyota, after my local Toyota dealership gave me the runaround when I was looking to purchase a new Toyota Tundra. When I called down to Cedar Rapids Toyota, I was transfered to Ty Schmitt. Ty was awesome to deal with, and made the buying experience great, he also was willing to work with as I live three hours from Cedar Rapids and made the drive worth my time to purchase the truck. Ty went above and beyond, making sure the accessories that I wanted for the truck were installed and done professionally. When the truck was ready for me, my wife and I drove to Cedar Rapids and we were greeted at the door by Ty, he was very courteous and explained the truck in great detail, likewise when it came to signing the paperwork, Bill McArthur was great to work with as well. When it comes time for a new vehicle again, I will definitely be in contact with Cedar Rapids Toyota. More
