A great way to begin the summer With lots of comings and goings this season, I knew we were headed toward buying a Certified Rav 4 from Cedar Rapids Toyota. We bought our first one from Cedar Rapids Toyota in 2002 ( 1999 Rav 4), the second in 2012 (2010 Rav 4), and last week (05/30/19) our latest, another Certified Toyota Rav 4 (2017). We've only been in Iowa for 17 years and the only cars we've bought have been from Cedar Rapids Toyota. The dealership has grown by leaps and bounds since we began with them, but we can still count on the same dependability and consistently good service. Alan Makabi guided us through the hoops of purchasing our car from answering my e-mail to him about 10 days ago about the possibility of a purchase very soon to finally picking up the Rav 4 today. He and others at the dealership have gone out of their way to make you feel like you're an appreciated customer. More

Exactly what we wanted! My wife and I were not sure exactly sure what we wanted, but knew we were looking for a new vehicle. We were greeted with a smile at the door. We met with Terry who helped us decide on which vehicle that would fulfill all of our wants and needs on a budget we could afford. We then met with Curt in Finance who explained all of our paperwork and any extras we may want or need and helped us make the necessary selections. Once we had all the paperwork done Terry thoroughly explained everything to us in detail helping us set up apps along with the great safety features of our New 2019 Highlander Limited. Joe in service gave us a loaner car while he had the remote start feature added to our Highlander and was very accommodating to all of our needs. We drove our new vehicle home with no problems, Terry had explained everything so well that we drove home like a pro. Thank you to all those who helped make our buying experience the best!!! The worst experience I have ever had I needed a new car because I was in an accident and found the one the that I wanted. Negotiated a price, Since the dealership was more than an hour I needed a new car because I was in an accident and found the one the that I wanted. Negotiated a price, Since the dealership was more than an hour away from my home, I made sure with the sales agent that all of the paperwork would be ready and made an appointment for a specific time so I could just get home and get my foot up again. When I arrived the person I needed to see was with another customer (in spite of my appointment) and when he was finished he wandered around, got coffee, and went into another office to chat with someone. When he finally decided to get to me, NONE of the paperwork was done, and he spent at least twenty minutes trying to make conversation in order to sell me extended warranties of one kind or another. I kept saying I am not interested in talking about where I'm from, I just want to get out of there. And he would say he understood, and then 30 seconds later try and start up a conversation again. This happened, literally, five or six times. And then the odometer reading on the paperwork was wrong, I had to limp out to the car and get that corrected. I wouldn't go back to that place for a car if it were the only dealership within 500 miles. Oh, and buy the way, I discovered later that the car had been in an accident, which wasn't disclosed -- minor, but still,, there is now rust on the wheel well where the car had been hit --e.g. by a shopping car or whatever. I love the car, but this agency should be banned by Toyota for giving it a bad rep. Oh, and there was an extra $1,000 or a transfer fee that they didn't mention when giving me the price. More
