I would like to share the extraordinary experience me, my mom and my husband recently. Adil spent literally the entire day till the evening trying to help us, his patience, his honestly care for the costumer, his positive attitude and advices helped us make the best decision in buying the car. My husband and I we have been so happy with the truck that my mom (a very demanding and lovelyyyy lady, “the regalo”) after years with the same car, decided two days ago to change her car. Once again #ADIL BELBACHIR was able to help my family. My mom for the first time was able to get the car of her dreams a Jeep (Gladiator). ADIL was extremely patient with mom, gave her a lot choices, was honest about the pros and cons, helped mom setting up the car app. Mom getting emotional (literally crying not joking🙄) when she gets in her car. Finally, yesterday was my turn 🤭. I had a very interesting (lack of better term ) blue car. That car was the worse night mare for me. I came in to the store late, with my family including my little 7yrs old, who was all over the place 🫣. ADIL was amazing, he helped me in every possible way getting a newer and better car, he went above and beyond to help me. Thank you ADIL BELBACHIR, for not only have helped my family, but for have helped me too just when I had zero hope that I’d ever be able to change that blue car. I never thought I’d ever be able to get something so pretty and nice, something that even little BELLA has been enjoying and trying to learn everything about the Jeep 😂 Thank youuuuuuu!!!! It was kept for a week and a half and then $1200 to replace a hose! Then they left half of my engine in the trunk! Very poor customer service on the part of the service advisor..Rude, as well as wasted my time .Had no intention of fixing my vehicle...Chose not to honor my warranty, as well as cost me a day's worth of advisor..Rude, as well as wasted my time .Had no intention of fixing my vehicle...Chose not to honor my warranty, as well as cost me a day's worth of pay because I had to miss work just to be sitting around for 5 hours for nothing.. just to receive a video of my vehicle..but they had no intention on repairing my vehicle... and had the audacity to return it to me in the same state it was brought to them.. knowing that its unsafe to drive and also knowing that my family travels daily to work and school in that vehicle, and it's still in the hazardous condition as of right now...Goes to show they truly dont care about the lives of my family or myself More
