I had been waiting 7 months for parts for my vehicle . The original service advisors was outstanding, but then she was transferred to new position at which point the service end of situation was non exis The original service advisors was outstanding, but then she was transferred to new position at which point the service end of situation was non existent. I was transferred to another advisor who obviously had no desire to address the issue so I went and got a different advisor who ultimately dropped the ball as well. 7 months I had been waiting to get issue with vehicle resolved so again I took time off work to go speak with someone who turned out be Christopher Caracciolo who took full accountability for situation and ultimately got my vehicle problems resolved. He went out of his way to make sure all issues were addressed . Ihe went over and above to make sure things were right. I thank him More

The salesperson I dealt with Justin Rivera was one of the best salespeople I have dealt with. Justin made sure to show me multiple choices in the type of vehicle I was looking for and once I found one that I best salespeople I have dealt with. Justin made sure to show me multiple choices in the type of vehicle I was looking for and once I found one that I was interested in, he made sure I knew everything possible about the vehicle. All the staff were very friendly and worked hard to make sure I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted and made that purchase as easy as possible. The staff were not pushy like salespeople can be at times but really seemed to have my best interest at heart!
