Customer service is excellent when you are purchasing a new car, they will go the extra mile, but once your sale and paperwork is completed and you need assistance canceling stuff or calling the finance d new car, they will go the extra mile, but once your sale and paperwork is completed and you need assistance canceling stuff or calling the finance department, they don't answer, leave you on hold, or never call you back, this is the reason I'm writing a review after almost 2 months since I bought my car.
