Marcous works well with customers and fights to get warranty items covered and keep the price down on repairs. They suggested I needed a rack and pinion replacement to fix my issue, which costs over three grand. Took it to another shop. Turns out there is a TSB from Stellantis themselves that said only a firmware up fix my issue, which costs over three grand. Took it to another shop.
